PATIENT DETAILS
This 42-year-old mother of 3 children desired a smoother abdominal contour. Abdominoplasty was performed with the following notables:
- outpatient surgery
- general anesthesia
- excision of 572g of excess tissue
- drains were not used
- abdominal binder was worn for 6 weeks following surgery
The photographic follow-up was obtained before and 1 year after surgery.
