This 22-year-old woman has an excess of skin on her arms. This was made worse by a recent weight loss. Brachioplasties were performed with the following notables:
- outpatient surgery
- general anesthesia
- “double ellipse” brachioplasty technique
- compression wrap of the arms for 6 weeks
Photographs were obtained before and 5 months after surgery.
