Before & After Eyelid Surgery
PATIENT DETAILS
This 54-year-old woman complained of upper eyelid heaviness. On examination, the patient had facial morphology with deep-set orbits. The upper eyelids also had excessive skin. Upper blepharoplasties were performed with the following notables:
- outpatient surgery
- local anesthesia
- fat pads not resected
Photographs were obtained before and 3 months after eyelid surgery.
