This 39-year-old woman wished to reduce the projection and heaviness of her nipples. She especially asked that the nipples be reduced to a length that it would no longer fold at its base.
Nipple reduction was performed as a 30-minute outpatient procedure under local anesthesia. Postoperative photos were taken 3 weeks after the procedure.
