PATIENT DETAILS
This 38-year-old woman wished to have a fuller upper chest. Submuscular breast augmentation was used to fill the upper pole of her breasts. The implants used were Natrelle Inspira N-SSM405, with the following characteristics:
- Volume: 405 ml
- Composition: Silicone Cohesive Gel
- Shape: Round
- Surface: Smooth
- Incision: Inframammary
- Placement: Submuscular
Photographs were taken before and 4 months after surgery.
