This 44-year-old Asian woman desired larger breasts. Her breast augmentation was performed by placing the breast implants in a submuscular position. The breast implants used were Natrelle Inspira N-SSM240, with the following characteristics:

• Volume: 240 ml
• Composition: Silicone Cohesive Gel
• Shape: Round
• Surface: Smooth
• Incision: Inframammary
• Placement: Submuscular

Photographs were taken before and more than 3 years after surgery.
