PATIENT DETAILS
This 36-year-old woman excess abdominal skin draped over her pubic region following weight loss. Abdominoplasty was performed with the following notables:
- outpatient surgery
- general anesthesia
- excision of 1214g of excess tissue
- drains were used
- abdominal binder was worn for 6 weeks following surgery
The photographic follow-up was obtained before and 2 months after surgery.
