PATIENT DETAILS
This 39-year-old man developed laxity of his abdominal skin following a 100lb weight loss. Abdominoplasty was performed with the following notables:
- outpatient surgery
- general anesthesia
- excision of 605g of excess tissue
- drains were not used
- abdominal binder was worn for 6 weeks following surgery
The photographic follow-up was obtained before and 2 months after surgery.
