Asian Blepharoplasty Before After #04

PATIENT DETAILS

This 43-year-old Asian woman complained of heaviness and excess skin in her upper eyelids. She desired corrective eyelid surgery under general anesthesia concurrent with other aesthetic procedures. Bilateral Asian upper eyelid blepharoplasties were performed with the following notables:

• outpatient surgery
• general anesthesia
• excision of excess skin
• excision of orbicularis muscular strips (2-3mm).
• fat pads not resected

Photographs were obtained before and 1 month after bilateral Asian upper eyelid surgeries.
