Blepharoplasty Before After #05

PATIENT DETAILS

This 43-year-old woman with facial asymmetry and low brow positions desired the removal of excess skin of the upper eyelids. She declined a brow lift. Upper blepharoplasties were performed with the following notables:

• outpatient surgery
• local anesthesia
• fat pads not resected

Photographs were obtained before and 6 weeks after eyelid surgery.
