PATIENT DETAILS

This 52-year-old woman desired crisp upper eyelid creases. Upper blepharoplasties were performed with the following notables:

• outpatient surgery
• local anesthesia
• fat pads not resected

Photographs were obtained before and 3 weeks after eyelid surgery.
