PATIENT DETAILS

This 36-year-old woman had deflation and glandular sagging of the breasts. She elected to be treated with submuscular breast augmentation without breast lifts. The breast implants used were Natrelle Inspira N-SSM445, with the following characteristics:

• Volume: 445 ml
• Composition: Silicone Cohesive Gel
• Shape: Round
• Surface: Smooth
• Incision: Inframammary
• Placement: Submuscular

Photographs were taken before and 2 years 6 months after surgery.
