This 23-year-old woman reported having lifelong inverted nipples that have never everted. Surgery was performed with the following notables:
- 30-minute procedure
- outpatient surgery
- local anesthesia
- bilateral grade 3 inverted nipples
- interferes with future ability to breastfeed
Photographs were obtained before and 2 weeks after surgery. Bruising and shallow skin wounds demonstrated in the post-procedure images resolved soon afterward.
