PATIENT DETAILS
This 29-year-old Asian woman desired larger breasts. Her breast augmentation was performed by placing the breast implants in a submuscular position. This patient’s breast augmentation was enhanced by surgical nipple reduction. The breast implants used were Natrelle Inspira N-SSX285, with the following characteristics:
- Volume: 285 ml
- Composition: Silicone Cohesive Gel
- Shape: Round
- Surface: Smooth
- Incision: Inframammary
- Placement: Submuscular
- Bilateral nipple reduction
Photographs were taken before and 6 months after surgery.
