PATIENT DETAILS

This 25-year-old man did not like the downward point to his nasal profile when he smiled. He breathes well from both nostrils. His nose was asymmetrical with his nasal tip pointing leftward. An open rhinoplasty was performed and a PDS absorbable plate was used to support his dependent nasal tip. Postoperative photos were taken 6 months after his open rhinoplasty.
