Before & After Nose Job Surgery
PATIENT DETAILS
This 22-year-old woman had a closed rhinoplasty performed by another surgeon. The patient was not pleased with her result and consulted Dr. Chen Lee. The “before” photos in the gallery were taken 1 year after the initial closed rhinoplasty. On examination, the nasal dorsum was over-resected, and there was a collapsed middle nasal vault with asymmetry and a bulbous nasal tip. The patient did not desire cartilage grafting to correct the nose’s nasal dorsum and middle vault. She requested only the bulbous nasal tip to be refined.
A secondary nose reshaping consisting of an open-tip rhinoplasty was performed. Photos were taken 5 months after Dr. Chen Lee performed the secondary open nasal tip rhinoplasty.
