Rhinoplasty Before After #05
Before & After Nose Job Surgery
PATIENT DETAILS
This 37-year-old man had residual nasal deformities following a closed rhinoplasty performed 7 years ago by another surgeon. A secondary nose job was performed to address the deformities. Photos were taken before and after Dr. Chen Lee performed a secondary rhinoplasty. These photos show persisting nasal asymmetry from a large septal deviation and collapse of the middle nasal vault. Dr. Chen Lee performed an open rhinoplasty with extensive cartilage grafts harvested from the patient’s nasal septum. The cartilage grafts were placed as spreader grafts to straighten the septum and correct the collapse of the internal nasal valve. After photos were taken 7 months following Dr. Chen Lee’s secondary open rhinoplasty using cartilage grafts harvested from the nasal septum.
Note that the nose job surgical cases of Dr. Chen Lee are presented for illustrative and educational purposes only. These illustrative cases should not be construed as a guarantee or assurance of the treatment results attainable by prospective patients.
